However, my experience at this clinic went really well, I had to visit doctor Pezim 4 times in past 4 month and each time he was really polite and professional and experienced ..... He diagnose my problem accurately and the prescription worked really well each time...The staff and nurses are really helpful and you feel comfortable during the checkup....because of sever pain, I asked the staff to reschedule my appointment and they make it happen for the same day visit :)

I feel fortunate to have access to a clinic where I know I’m getting quality treatment. I highly recommend them.
S	Sharay T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go to this clinic. Incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. The doctors ego gets in the way from actually treating you properly. The Nurse Alison was one of the rudest most belittling people. Don’t waste your time or energy on that dinosaur duo.

Ariel the MOA made booking easy and convenient and was able to do it by text. All in all considering the nature of the appointment a pleasant experience lol

After 4-5 visits to this clinic with the same persisting issue, they refused to do any type of procedures or further testing, so I gave up. I called in 3-4 months after I was given another referral to this clinic. Another 3 months later they got back to me via email saying that they now want a second opinion and have referred me to a doctor that is no where near my current location. A phone call would be nice to talk to me about the situation.. But no one seems to answer the phone, via text or via email. Beyond frustrated. Do better.
B	Bri Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this clinic a zero I would. The RN Alison and Dr. Pezim are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I had the most horrific experience where the Dr. and nurse laughed at my pain and said that my story doesn’t make sense to him, comparing my issue to someone dying and having a heart attack.. disregarding my symptoms and did not perform a full examination. This was a sever form of malpractice and I ended up in the ER because of it. I would avoid this place at all cost and they shouldn’t even have a license to practice.

He and his team are very professional, and truly dedicated to best patient care and treatment outcomes. Patients are lucky to have access to such quick and competent specialist care here in Vancouver. It really is too bad other provinces such as Alberta do not allow access to private gastroenterology procedures as this significantly decreases patient wait times and stress. Forever grateful to Dr. Pezim for his skill and expertise, it is hard to find medical professionals who have a true calling for their profession like him.
