The prices here are very fair (a factor of 5X cheaper than the same service I received in the U.S). I highly recommend Innate Chiropractic for chiropractic and massage needs.

I have had many chiropractors in my life due to sports injuries and car accidents when I was in my 20s and I have found Dr. Nand to be the best. She is gentle and her technique is effective. She listens to her patients and spends time with them. She is intuitive and has a great sense of humor. Thanks Rozeela!

To be honest, I was just not comfortable with seeing adjustments being done. After being introduced to Dr. Nand through a friend, I decided to ease into sessions. I am beyond thankful for my experience and encourage anyone who is on the fence about seeing a chriopractor to see Dr. Nand. She will change your perspective and relieve you of any pain you may be in.

This is my first experience working with a chiro and Dr. Nand is very patient and answers all of the (many) questions I ask with a smile. Dr. Nand is very good at explaining everything in a way that is easy to understand, which has been great as I try to learn more about the practice. I have recommended her to other friends already as you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people!

After my initial diagnosis, I have been consistently going to her for the past month to get my body adjusted as I have been dealing with chronic back pain over the past 4 years. After around my 3rd adjustment I felt a big difference and my back has not felt this comfortable in a long time! I would highly recommend Dr. Nand as she is experienced, kind and highly knowledgable!
