★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Hearn had a profoundly positive impact on my mental health and practical behaviours. He was able to effectively employ EMDR to treat PTSD symptoms. He introduced me to a way of meditating that resonated (other methods hadn’t), helped me understand and apply healthy boundaries, and realize the self-care that I deserved. I found him caring, forthright and intelligent. I plan on using his services when in the area again.
