★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Very friendly staff. They're extremely helpful and educated in what products yr inquiring about. If product isn't available they will recommend another that is the closest in similarities and highest quality. I only shop there exclusively now. I recommend this great pet store for everyone to shop here for the best possible customer service and great products for yr pets. They will love U even more for buying the best quality products for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah I was there to pick up a caller and some food for my dog just had them found them on the side of the road 45 minutes from PA had him for three days it's a woman came to the door saying that her dog was lost and she traced them back to my place names gone ever since it's nice dog spruce what's his name

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful awful job on my golden retriever I asked for a proper shave down cut and when I got him back looks like centimetres were taken off not even a cut just a bath & I paid 101$ and when I called back to get just little bit shorter they are trying to charge me an additional 25$ so 126$ total !!! Mind blown ? I’ll just stick with my regular groomers “Designer Paws” best place in Prince Albert

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees take their sweet time at the till. I waited 15 minutes for the cashier to ring through another customer. The cashier was scanning everything so slow and commenting on each item.
Then it took a other 15 minutes to do my return because the cashier was new. She got help with the return, but they started chatting about non-work related things and laughing as I was still waiting...
Then she gave me attitude when I asked if she could hurry things up.
No one opened another till, and I seen 3 other employees walk by. They also never have the solo coconut substrate bricks.
