They were amazing from the time I called to inquire and I felt so much better knowing my cat was being checked on and loved while I was gone. The added benefit of having someone do a house check was great piece of mind as well. I loved receiving the daily updates and pictures. You can really tell all their employees care about the animals and are great at their job! It was great value and I will definitely be booking them again.

We left for three weeks and these folks took the best care of my furbabies. While I wish that we could travel with them- a road trip in cars with cats is not healthy for them. Leading up to the care, they had an extensive interview with me to ensure that they knew every aspect of our home and our schedule. While away, they texted photos and a pet journal. EVERY DAY. They checked our home and ensured that everything was okay. They cuddled my babies, played with them. Changed their litter. Refreshed their litter and changed their water. The pet diaries made me feel like I was at home with them, and it made me emotional, because they talked about my babies like they were their own. Overall an absolute 5 out of 5. I cannot wait to use this service again, as we travel frequently. I should also mention that they were nominated as a Quinte Business Achievement Recipient- now I understand why.
