★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I have gone, they have been helpful but yesterday was obviously a fairly new worker. Not helpful at all so I went to PetSmart and they were amazing!! Won't be going back to Petvalu unless the male worker is working or the older lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very polite. Offers great service and helps customers find what they need or want. If they do not have what you want the store will find it and order it just for you. They value their customers and stand proudly behind them.
The only thing they lack is delivery. For this service I give my business to Pet Planet, which delivers my order within 15 mins. at the latest.
