I bought a small bird cage for 39.99 + tax and a few other things and when I got it home and opened the box to put it together it was missing the grill and had bird droppings on the bottom of the cage and in the food containers and if I didn't live an hour and a half away I would have returned it but I was not driving all that way but I did think that it was unacceptable to sell a product as new when it clearly was used. But again the customer service was exceptional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well stocked and a nice clean store. Staff are not friendly nor helpful which ruins the environment and experience of this Pet Valu. I used to be a consistent customer at this location since the grand opening. After not being said hello to not helped without myself asking first for it, I decided to stop shopping there. Even though it was one of my Pomeranian Teddy’s favourite activities.
