Buying a new king size bed frame and the price was listed cheaper online than instore. When I asked Cathy about the difference she was quick to honor the cheaper price and get the item ordered for me ASAP. She processed my gift card with no hassle and made me excited to return for my next purchase.

Arrived as promised they loaded it for me a and no issues at all.
Good sales no pressure and delivered as promised.

We had originally ordered a set and it wasn't supposed to come till mid January buy she called us up this past Monday and asked if we could come in and sign papers and if we did we could have our sectional in by Thursday! And the best part was the price on the set dropped again! Thank you so much Cathy we love the set and it fits perfect! Thank you for all your help and we look forward to our next purchase!
