★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has so many more items to celebrate not only birthdays, but over the hill 40 year old birthdays etc. They have the little nic nacs amd toys to put in party bags, costumes and the decorations to to put up for the theme of your party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased with my purchase. The staff was helpful, courteous, and patient with me being indecisive about which balloon I wanted. There was so many choices. I will be returning.
edit: Photo shows balloons after FOUR weeks! They last quite a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a helium tank for balloons. Box said 16-24 hours for latex balloons. We specifically bought specialty helium balloons for our birthday and it was the last thing we did before we went to bed (1 am). We woke up early this morning and all the balloons were on the floor, they didnt even last 7 hours.
When we called Party City, they gave us the run around and gave a bunch of excuses. It was clear they were not going to help us or refund us in any way. We will be contacting head office over the poor customer service as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a mylar balloon bouquet, was great! My kid loved it! Great selection of party supplies, but the pyjama set i got was supposed to be a toddler size 4-6.... the pants were more like a 2T... if i buy any more clothing or costumes there, i will definitely open the package before buying it, to make sure the sizes are right... not the staff or the stores fault. The staff were very helpful and friendly! Definitely my go to place for party supplies!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had needed items that were ordered through their online site stating "in stock"... 3 days later the order was cancelled because apparently they are not unpacked yet. Worked in retail for a number of years and unclear as to why it's so hard to check an inventory list to locate said products in the boxes.
