★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went this gas station at 11.38pm on September/5 /2020, after filling gas in my vehicle i want to the store to get gas receipt & for petro points but the door was locked and there is a guy standing in side the store telling me to “come tomorrow I’ll give you” just for receipt & points I gotta wait for 1 day common guys.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday i went at Petro Canada and had the pleasure to be served by a wonderfully pleasant cashier named sandeep. She was very friendly.
Her attitude towards customers really made my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to purchase a charging cable. Item came up at $2.00 more than the marked price. Cashier came over and looked. Saw that there were 3 different charging cables, all same brand for the same price and still REFUSED to honor the price it was marked at. So I left it. Great customer service...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ March 6th/2021 at 4:55pm I experienced incredibly bad customer service. One of the pumps stopped working while my card was in it and the lady working the till was very rude to me and seemed completely uninterested in fixing the issue. So I decided to take my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to this location almost every day and now that they are under new owners a lot of the new staff are lazy, rude, too busy playing on their phones to even bother opening the door even at 8:30 PM. The doors have always locked at 11PM and you have to talk through a window, understandable with the late hour. However, at 8:30 is just lazy and bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Indian staff being on the phone and rude towards the customer service. Let me wait outside knocking doors and ringing bells for few mins till he took his eyes off the phone. Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there last week met an employee named Navjot she amazing she went above and beyond for the customer service, i’ve been to so many different petro Canada as well but this particular one is amazing and they have the best employees in town. Thank you Navjot we need moe people like you in our society.
