★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was double charged a purchase $62.28 contacted bank they verified it was charged twice from my account went back twice regarding this issue he kept showing me the cancelation but it didn't have a red x like the others he showed me it had a yellow triangle with ? Mark when I did the first transaction it said approved remove your card when I did the cancelation button was hit but the transaction had already gone through it canceled the printing he then re entered as he told me it was voided I put it through again went home checked my bank it came out 2 times so called bank they verified I was charged twice went back next day let him listen to my banking transactions on phone it listed it twice he still said no so now thebank has opened a case against him. Pay attention if you shop here to your bank statement i will never shop there again.
Update it took a month after opening a case but i did get my money back and my account was double charged. I had no reason to lie and the hassle I had to go through to get my money back was reduculas as a result they lost a loyal customer.

I came to pick up a package, which they sent a notification to pick up, only to arrive at the store and have them tell me that they "couldn't find it" and tell me to leave. I explained that the package was there, otherwise I wouldn't have been sent a notice to pick up. The "manager" Mekonnen Ghirmu, told me if I didn't leave, he'd cancel the order, without my permission. Terrible customer service... will be reporting to BBB if possible.
