β β β β β Beware! there is a thief operating the til. It is the THIRD time the cashier attendant at this location tries to rip me off when advising on car washes. (Two different people so this is a business model here) Please verify the service you require and how much you are paying for. SuperWorks is $9.99 when buying gas...NOT $13.99... BEWARE! So pathetic someone needs to steal $5 to make a living! Go somewhere else! After many years of loyalty.. GoodBye PetroCanada and petro car Wash!

β β β β β Very bad and low quality gas they have, my van started shaking stalling after their gas. Very bad customer service also. They r forcing you to pay extra money for car wash if you dont buy gas from them. I told them your gas is not good I donβt want to buy, they said you have to pay 2$ extra for the car wash. This is illegal ..

β β β β β So today I went to vacuum my car and after i inserted $2.50, the vacuum machine didn't work( machine was kind of broken, but its still workable, just no suction at all). I went to find the attendants, there's one guy called Andy helped me to fix the machine and he stood aside to assist me. While i was vacuuming my car, he asked if he can help me out to do it in a faster way(since the machine was counting down after i put the money in, and we wasted half of the time already). Andy is such a very helpful guy, even though the vacuum machine stopped before we finished cleaning up the car, he even asked me if his vacuuming was okay, and he tried to call the vacuum machine's company to extend the time for me( no one pick up though). I was very appreciate his service and tip him.
It was such a nice experience at this location; however, please fix the vacuum machines!!!

β β β β β Came at 10:35pm to get a car wash because online it says it was open until 11pm. The worker was already shutting it down and so I drove 30 min out of my way for the only car wash open... And he closed it early.

β β β β β This gas station workers lazy and very rude. I will never get gas from here anymore one of the worker almost damage my car taking out the pump way too hard (purposely)

β β β β β After my wash my car had all kinds of dirty marks and had to wait for 15 minutes if the manager show up and telling me the basic car wash no guarantee

My car was damaged from the car wash machine and the eon-site employee had arrogant attitude towards me and told me they will not be responsible for anything!
To wash my car using the car wash station at this Petro-Canada station, I went to the petro-Canada station. During the process of washing my vehicle, I heard a scratching sound coming from the back of my vehicle, after the car wash was complete, I parked my vehicle in the parking lot and discovered that there was a severe dent in the top edge of the rear trunk. Petro Canada customer service was not available when I called. After that, I went to the store and told the cashier agent about the incident. He blamed me for coming so late to tell him about it. Besides, I was told by another agent that there was nothing wrong with the car wash, and they would not compensate for the damage to my car. I was so disappointed about this experience, and I just got my new tesla on the same day! Hence, I am writing about this and looking to find a reasonable solution! And to share my experience since there is no help at all!
