Her attention to detail but most of all how she cares for her tenants separates her from the competition. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love love my new home. The location is perfect if you live in Orleans, right next to the 174. The new property manager Romy Vaughan gets things done! Her communication is excellent and she is quick to address any issues or concerns. High end finishes and it is so clean and quiet. If you are looking for a new home I would definitely recommend any Brigil community, first class all the way! Shout out to Malika, rental agent who went out of her way to help me get my new home and to Gord, they really made sure i was taken care of. Thanks :)

Romy and Malika have also been very helpful in accommodating us with some special needs for our condo.
