★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait plusieurs mois que j'attends pour une réparation mineure à la porte d'entrée. Elle n'est pas étanche et je respire donc le "pot" de mes voisins du 201, je suis au 204.
Nous n'avons plus de concierge résident depuis des mois, mais personne ne nous a informés de ce retrait de service.. On voit des étrangers dans les couloirs, dans le garage, on doit leur demander qui ils sont... des concierges non résidents qui viennent de temps eservices.
Plusieurs locataires ont averti Capreit concernant les odeurs nauséabondes dans l'entrée, rien n'a encore été fait pour remédier à la situation...
Il est très difficile de rejoindre les responsables de l'immeuble Le Portneuf, on laisse des messages, et ils restent lettré morte.
La seule façon de communiquer avec eux, c'est par Internet, en ligne. Or, plusieurs locataires de longue date n'ont ni tablette ni téléphone intelligent. Plusieurs n'y comprennent rien, vu leur vieil âge, et d'autres ne peuvent s'offrir un abonnement au Web qui est très dispendieux.
Les employés sont sans cesse remplacés par d'autres, ce qui fait qu'on ne sait plus qui fait quoi. Le garage est inutile si vous conduisez un véhicule vert, alors qu'il y en a de plus en plus.
BREF, CEST MON HONNETE AVIS. Je reste car je suis ici depuis 38 ans, et trop âgée et fragile pour déménager...
I've been waiting for a minor repair on the front door for several months. It is not waterproof and I therefore breathe the "pot" of my neighbors at 201, I am at 204.
We haven't had a resident concierge for months, but no one has informed us of this withdrawal of service. We see strangers in the hallways, in the garage, we have to ask them who they are ... concierges no residents who come from eservices time.
Several tenants have warned Capreit about the foul odors in the entrance, nothing has been done to remedy the situation yet ...
It is very difficult to reach those in charge of the Le Portneuf building, we leave messages, and they remain literate dead.
The only way to communicate with them is through the Internet, online. However, many long-term tenants do not have a tablet or smartphone. Many don't understand it, given their old age, and others cannot afford a very expensive Web subscription.
Employees are constantly replaced by others, which means that we no longer know who is doing what. The garage is useless if you are driving a green vehicle, when there are more and more of them.
