★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve now purchased two homes with Peters help/ guidance. We have only put offers in on two homes and we were successful in purchasing both! Peter has always been very friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating with his time. He’s met me in the parking lot of my work to sign papers, he’s been on call at the drop of a hat (including late night when we were putting in an offer and closing on our current home) , and available any time I’ve wanted to view a place on the market. He’s always been prompt in providing information and comparables on the market as well. He has also been supportive in helping us find additional professionals needed for sale of home (lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors etc.) when we need to sell or purchase in the future we will definitely be calling Peter again!

He put us at ease throughout our journey to our new home. He really helped us narrow down what we truly wanted in a home as we went to house viewings. He is patient and has your best interest at heart. He was very knowledgeable and never made me feel silly for millions of questions I had. If he didn’t have an answer, he’d be honest and get back to you promptly with the info you were searching for. I am so happy we had Peter as a realtor and without a doubt would use his services in the future.

We also worked with him 4-5 years ago when we bought our starter home. Peter did a great job guidance us, was not pushy at all and was very patient. He is very upbeat and would take the time to explain every detail of the process. He is also very proactive.... thinking of things ahead to make sure we are in the best position for the sale of our house and also the purchase.....
