He was also happy to offer other various background information, such as how real estate could be a good investment if we chose the location right, how real estate agents are communicating to each other, what kind of options we have with renovations in mind, and of course, the crazy market trend! With our budget, it was difficult to find a house that has all the things that we wanted, but Tim was very patient and continued to encourage us to search for the one that we would be happy to live in. Even with our not-so-typical purchase contract that required multiple changes, we were comfortable with the process thanks to Tim's proactive communication to us on possible actions we could take and updates on what was happening. We are excited that we were able to buy a house that has everything we wanted and within our budget! We so appreciated Tim's knowledge, patience, and understanding of our needs and values. We recommend Tim to anyone, but especially to those who are looking for a realtor who is very knowledgeable but talks without a sales pitch. :)

He was super efficient and communicative the whole time. He brought us to see houses that we were not interested in and of course those were the ones we ended up loving the most. In the end we found our dream home based off his. We couldn't be happier! Not only did he save us from so many headaches but he also provided us with so much support through out the moving process. We are forever grateful. Our roommates were looking for their first home at the same time as us and they had a horrible experience the whole time.
