★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I used Colleen as my realtor for finding my first home. I must say that I was probably a very picky client considering my budget but Colleen never gave up on me, even though it took me a year to find my dream home. She never made me feel like I was just a client to her, she genuinely wanted me to find the perfect home and that just shows her commitment to her clients along with her patience. I never felt like she was trying to pressure me into putting an offer on any home nor did she ever comment on how long it was taking me to find the home that I wanted. As a first time home buyer this process was very new to me and her knowledge and experience really helped me during the entire process.
