My Brother and I decided to sell our parents home which we had inherited from our dad after he passed away in 2017. We had grown up in the house and had been living in the house for over 40 years. We decided it was time to sell but had no idea how the whole process went for selling the house. We had contacted Catherine and she came over and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. She helped us with the very emotional task with selling the house and made sure she was available any time for us to either call, text, or email with any questions or concerns. Even with the pandemic, she still was able to get some views for the house. After we sold the house, she helped me find a new place to live and helped me get the right place that would fit my needs for me and my 2 small young pups. I had the pleasure of working with Catherine when I decided to sell the home I raised my family in for 19 years. Upon seeing a quick possible home with Catherine, and liking it, we decided to build our own home with the same builder. This all seemed to happen fast, but we felt confident in our decision and were not interested in looking further. Catherine was by our side for all the multiple initial meetings with the builder. She made sure we could navigate through the mountain of paperwork involved with the builder and also made sure our concerns and wishes for our new house were addressed. She was honest and assertive and it really felt like she was on our side to make sure we got what we wanted. She always responded to questions via text, email, phone call, or Skype promptly. Catherine is without a doubt dedicated to her clients and puts forth an effort that doesn’t go unrecognized. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to move and purchase a new home!
