D	Desiree Connell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty looks from all the groomers as I watched my dog get his nails clipped. Staff were not friendly to me or the dogs being groomed. I wouldn't trust my dog alone here. As a small local business you think the staff would be more welcoming and friendly. I don't think I'll be bringing my dog back here ! Unfortunate !

The associate that helped me was so friendly and helpful! This will be my first stop for pet needs and I have already shared the great experience with friends.

D	Duncan Ruxton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been hard to find a groomer that would cut the nails on my large Lab, who really doesn't like the experience. Most places are booked up for at least a month. Pet-tastic said they were as well, but put us on a waiting list and only a few days later phoned and said they had a cancellation and we could have the slot, which we took. They have a good setup, with almost an airlock where you bring your dog into a kennel outside, so he is separate from other dogs waiting outside. They then come outside and let your dog into a second kennel leading into the building, so you can exit and wait for the service to be done, and they can admit other dogs. This arrangement insures that dogs don't have to mingle with others, coming in or going out. The service was prompt and a good job on the nails for a reasonable price. One slight quibble - you do have to go around to the front entrance to go in and pay. It would be helpful to have a mobile POS pad so you could pay as soon as the dog was done. I will be going back for sure.
