I was also told by the manager that they don't have any positions that someone who uses a chair can do and no interest when telling him about difficulty finding workers for assistance have gotten a couple of my pets there and ladies that work in fish small animal depot are great. There online ordering is pretty good as well though.
K	K T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this petsmart is a behind times because when sandy got super reared sick and made a huge mess in our home last winter I took all the dirty bedding and anything else that got super messed I wanted to put sandy in with the dirty bedding plus the laundry mat did not have the top open lid but all front doors now what to do because I could not get sandy clean and my next thing bring sandy to a self car wash and I called the st catharines petsmart for help and they have like a self do it car wash there is a large stainless sink to put the really messy sandy in and a gentle spray not,El like restaurants have a d like a car wash you pick rinse water to try to remove alit of the mess and then change to soapy water and scrub brushes snd rinse water and towels and a hair dryer to completely sandy off and I have o le seen 1 at a self car wash so this petsmart is lacking this big time a d I found the some what low on stock on somethings.and it is do for a updating this location petsmart but I found sandy a nee tshirt for June 10 birthday born 2007 and still young and a HEART ? OF ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ GOLD STARS FOR SYICKING WITH ME LIKE A MARRIAGE THROUGH GREAT AND TERRIBLE TIMES ???⭐️ WE WILL MAKE IT SOME HOW AND THAT IS WHY THIS ROADYRIP SUPER SPECIAL
m	matthew hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning photos contain signs of animal neglect I went to go shopping at pet smart today May 27, 2022 shortly after they had opened to get some supplies for my pets, and to potentially pickup a new pet, however what I saw were dead, and dying reptiles and fish. The two crested geckos i had seen, the white one is malnourished and dehydrated as you can see the ribs and the tank is bone dry, the crested gecko next to also has the same issues and from has stuck crusty shed skin making the reptile immobilized unable to move, for the state the geckos are in it looks like well over a month of neglect, I couldn't see the other reptiles but from the state of the enclosures I would say they are fairing the same as the crested geckos sadly. The fish tanks each had multiple dead fish, fish heads, or body parts the other fish were eating which is a breeding ground for internal and external parasites. And for a fish to be nothing left but a head takes quite awhile of not cleaning the tank, I wasnt able to get alot of pictures as an employee saw me and asked me not too take pictures. Please dont buy live stock from here they are neglected either due to improper training, lack of care for the job, or whatever the case may be, all I know is I feel sick after seeing 2 dying reptiles and over a dozen dead fish in various states of decay.

The staff was really nice and they have a beautiful area for all the fish! Also made a return later (item didn’t fit my pup) and they were very nice and helpful. No issues as I had my receipt and everything :)
