Momo is usually afraid of people other than us, but for some reason, she seems to be confirmable to get groomed by them. Their facilities are very clean, stuffs are professional and very friendly. We are very happy to find the best grooming studio for our momo.

Imagine you are yet discussing them what haircut you want and they take your dog back there and bring him back shaved in the back!!!!! And imagine that this is on a POMERANIAN!!! If you don’t know how to haircut a pomeranian CLOSE your studio ASAP! Disgusting! And now they are telling that they refused the service because it would endanger my dog! (Response) how did you refuse to service and shaved a part of my dogs hair?!! Are you allowed to cut my dog’s hair without my permission? Is this called ‘refusing’ a service?! I don’t think so!! And FYI since you are clearly not a professional, pomeranians hair should only be cut shorter and never shaved because it can never come back once shaved like the thing you did to my dog! It is pretty simple to groom a pomeranian since it’s just a matter of shortening and cleaning, I took my dog to another studio and they laughed about how unprofessional you were , they thought I shaved his leg myself! NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR DOG SPECIALLY A POMERANIAN TO THIS PLACE!

We recently had to put down our 16+ year old dog - and this studio sent us a condolence card! They are professional, kind and really care for the dogs they groom. I had been to many other groomers before discovering the Pet Grooming Studio, and specifically Mika, with less than positive experiences. Mika goes above and beyond and her grooming is excellent. Highly, highly recommend this studio for grooming. Thank you Mika and staff for caring so kindly for Monty and now Murphy. We really appreciate it and would never dream of going anywhere else.

He is at risk of several health conditions and his hair might not grow back. My vet told me to put a sweater on him. I hope your business shuts down for charging me 100$ to put my dog at risk. Update: In your response please dont lie and just try to do better work. Short as possible doesnt mean shave my dog! My dog was not matted. To whom are you trying to lie? Your 4 possible customers?

I brought my dog into the shop recently and he came back looking like the most handsome boy I've ever seen. K	Kasra Zandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dangerously terrible. This place and the intelligence of some of their workers is of such low quality it can cause harm to your pet. We took our senior dog and asked for a hair cut. The instruction was to cut the hair very short. An hour after when went to pick up our dog we faced horror. They had shaved the dog, head toe, face, ears, the tail to such short length all the undercoating is 100% gone. The extent of the damage is so much the vet said he can get sick and the groomer was not allowed to cut the undercoat even if they had misunderstood the request. I strongly advise everyone to avoid giving their loved pet to this amateur poorly operated brain-less place. I will use all my access to influential accounts on social media including on facebook and instagram to make sure all pet owners in the area hear this story. I also will consider suing this place. Absolutely terrible. See pictures before and after. Unbelievable. This type of damage should be penalized.
