Minimum is 1hour for 9 dollars, I didn't park for more than half an hour, I wish they had 15 or 30 min increments.

I have a parking ticket, which I genuinely believe is not valid, the Impark auto-phone-message coyly suggests my option would be #4 to 'discuss'. But despite trying to call several times a day for several days in a row the robot system just tells me the old and tired message: 'we are experiencing a higher than normal # of calls'........... and then ........ 'please try again another time'. What a great way to disserve and annoy (apologies to the LAPD for parodying their famous motto)

I have been at lot 249 since June of 2013. Earlier this year a large construction project commenced across the street. Parkers have been subjected to daily road closures and detours daily, The resident homeless people live on the grass strip and air out their blankets by hanging them on the fence. ( the lot is a couple of blocks from the homeless shelter, so vagrants are plentiful). The construction people are now using the lot to load and unload equipment, and blocking access to the rows of available parking spots. And for this , I got a notice last month that the monthly charge has been raised substantially ( now $220.) because Impark takes such pride in themselves. -

I am not sure where to send this complaint but I will try multiple Avenues till maybe I can get some accountability on behalf of your company, Impark. I work for a company in Calgary and they have the Impark system in place for parking. I pay the cost of parking there but often, the payment machine is "out of service", so I call in and after really long waits, I get through and they get someone out and I’m excused from payment then. Yesterday, it was out of order again but this time I did not have the time to wait as I had a meeting, so I left a note. When I returned to my car however I still got a ticket of $50. I call in to talk the issue out and get transferred to a non-enthusiastic rep. She then informs me about a past unpaid ticket as well from more than a year ago that I had no idea about. Frustrated, I asked for details but got very little and long silences of annoyance. I don't understand that if someone does not receive the ticket in the window for whatever reason, how will they know they receive one? And then what happens next, do they get reported to a credit agency and have their credit messed with without even knowing they had a ticket? This made no sense but the rep also made no effort to explain it and told me there was nothing I could do about it. Sounds to me like a bit of a corrupt system with no way to dispute an issue. WHAT ON EARTH CAN I DO ABOUT THIS??? I am an accountable person and always pay my dues so when a situation like this happens, I will go out of my way to be heard. This situation is not fair and needs to be rectified. I will keep trying to get this message through. Disappointed.

Terribly managed company. The people that are employed are nice enough, and are clearly trying their best, but the structure of the corporation is so painfully bad that I think the only reason it's still in existence is that parking in Calgary is in such extremely high demand, and there truly isn't any other choice in terms of competition. In lot 138, (connected to Calgary Place Apartments), the underground parking infrastructure is in terrifyingly horrendous condition. Leaks from the ceilings, low-hanging electrical and utilities lines just begging to get struck by a car... If you park your car in that parkade and return to it 1 or 2 days later, your car will likely be covered in dust and soot. No idea where that's coming from. I phoned their office, and left the manager a message inquiring about whether they were aware of how many building code violations that underground parking had. No response. I decided to cancel my parking altogether entirely to avoid dealing with this sketchy parkade and their terribly managed company.

I parked my car at the mall at 1pm, and came back to it at 4:20 the same day and I had a ticket that was issued at 2:36, citing I had exceeded the 4 hour limit. I waited 45 minutes on hold to speak to someone, and and they tell me the best they can do without proof I parked at 1 is knock off 10 bucks from the ticket. Even murderers get better treatment than this. I then found out after I paid that they can't even legally issue parking tickets because they're not part of the local government, and they might say some BS about their notices not being tickets, or fines, but their notices are not tickets in the same way my trips to the bathroom are not bowel movements. I regret I was stupid enough to pay the damn thing. I will never make the mistake of paying an IMPark ticket again. To Hell with this company, these people and their crooked business. Nothing would make me happier than to see this company go under.

Do not use Impark for anything, daily, monthly, hourly. not worth it. i paid for a monthly and it was all good for a few months until they started to decline my payment for $430. they started pre-Authorising my card for $450 without my knowledge, and have closed my parking account because payments haven't gone through. i'm sorry but if the monthly charge for parking is $430 then that is what i am paying and that is what should be processed on my card. i am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I have a difficult time thinking of a worse company to deal with in Calgary. They nickel and dime people to death and never maintain their lots. My company pays for my monthly parking and Impark is so poor to deal with that I've decided to give up my parking to take the bus out of principle. I recently drove up to Edmonton to trade in my vehicle for another. I forgot my monthly parking tag in the old vehicle so the dealership mailed my pass back. In the mean time, I called Impark who were only willing to issue me one "do not ticket" order to their attendants. After that, they said that I'd have to pay for daily parking. Pay for daily parking even though they can clearly see in the system that I'm a monthly subscriber. $250/month and they still wanted to get a few extra days of daily parking out of me because my tag was in the mail. Truly a gross company.
