They were super accommodating and made the process very quick and easy. We were stranded in Thunder Bay for an unforeseen time, and the team at Performance KIA were able to find us a car that we could drive back to Toronto! After 20+ hours we made it!! I didn’t feel like I was being over looked which was a big deal to me! Tim is not your typical salesman; he was not pushy; he was genuinely a nice guy and super easy to talk to! He even messaged me and asked if we made it home ok (we live along ways away). Kathleen was great with the financing; as this was my first time buying, she was very patient and was great at explaining! Overall GREAT experience and great team of people! Very happy!

Right from the start, Chris was absolutely on the ball. Minutes after calling in to book a test drive, he took the time to message my wife and I to see if he could answer any questions we had and to ask if there was anything he could make sure to have ready when we got there. Blown away with that. When we showed up, Chris was calm, informative and just simply an awesome guy. Not pushy at all, paid absolute attention to what we were after and made sure to deliver. And Kathleen, the finance manager, was also an absolute gem to deal with. She could not have made the process easier and comfortable and down right seamless. Very impressed. We were in and out of our finance meeting in less than 30 min and had a pick up time for the very next day. Before I could even call my insurance broker, they had already and literally all I had to say was "I authorize the change". I used to work in sales and this team has it figured out. We bought the brand new KIA Carnival and we've literally not been happier with the purchase, the team and the overall experience. We thank you Performance KIA Thunder Bay. Blew us away!

I was able to secure 0% financing!!!? I never thought it be so affordable to drive off the lot with a bran new car. So happy with the customer service ?

Super helpful, not pushy, and made sure I was well taken care of. Had a few little bumps, but they both stepped up to ensure everything went smooth and I got my new vehicle.
