Ils ont trouvé une très bonne télécommande pour mon foyer.
Point négatif :
Installateur qualifié dans la ligné directe de Séraphin Poudrier.
Si vous aimé les employés arrogant, le travail à finir vous-même, les appels téléphoniques non retournés, les questions qui restent sans réponses...
Les factures étranges, voir la surfacturation au bout d’un mois genre passer de 1600$ à 2200$.
Les rendez-vous loupé sans excuse ni geste commercial, (j’ai passé une journée à la maison à les attendre ils sont arrivés le lendemain, j’ai été bloqué un jour et demi pour 3h de travail).
Si vous aimé tout cela performance signature foyer c’est l’entreprise qu’il vous faut !
Performance signature foyer la seule performance c’est l’argent qu’ils vont vous prendre !
Positive :

Weird bills, seeing overbilling after a month like going from $ 1,600 to $ 2,200.
Appointments missed without excuse or commercial gesture, (I spent a day at home waiting for them, they arrived the next day, I was blocked a day and a half for 3 hours of work).
If you loved all of this signature foyer performance, this is the company for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentionne qu’il répare cheminée et poêle et quand on l’appelle il refuse de venir en disant qu’il ne font que l’installation. Il faudrait alors retirer ce service de leur site.
Mention that he repairs fireplaces and stove and when he is called he refuses to come by saying that he only do the installation. This service should then be removed from their site.

Le seul point négatif est que je dois attendre 12 heures avant de pouvoir utiliser mon nouveau foyer ?.
Je recommande sans hésiter.
