Myself it's my first experience with using them and they have been great at answering the phone to setting up the call out. Thank You Algoma Heating for caring about us when we're in the cold!

Billed 2mths later for 300+ $.
Called owner to discuss problem after receiving bill. Owner proceeded to lose his cool on the phone, to the point I literally had to hang up. Very unprofessional!!!
Makes me sad for the Algoma District
