★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I put 1star because there is no 0. We were without heat for over 9 weeks this past winter. We dealt with Travis and was given the runaround for most of this time. He was rude on the phone when I called for a follow up. In the end, we found the part we needed in 2 days and had someone else install it. They still charged us for a service call even though they never did anything.
