★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a satisfied customer. Buyer beware - make sure you ask specifically how much the oil change is going to cost. It was assumed about 50.00 as per other oil changes this one ended up 121.80!!!! I feel my son got taken advantage of.
No print out as to what was performed, told they had put in synthetic oil, not even sure what kind of synthetic oil. The small board in the shop has 6 different oil packages starting from 63.00 to 122.00. Guess we were treated to the most expensive.
Probably will not recommend to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pennzoil is great though there is always $7 environmental fee & technician fee, but that's a standard from any shop i guess.
I suggest the Bowness location. I've been a total of 3 times now and I'm easily out within 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times and it's always been the same guys there. The two of them are super friendly, fast and talkative. They do a quick check up of all the fluids in the engine give some recommendations and offer additives and such. Not pushy at all with selling stuff, they just give genuine advice. The process itself is super fast taking 10 minutes at most. Really recommend this place if you want an oil change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showing up, being told that they dint have my filter, then tells me to go buy one myself and few blocks down and bring it to him to do his work. Pretty silly to ask me to go buy something he is supposed to supply.
He could have said he could go buy it himself and then install it. Makes no sense that me as the customer to do his work . No apologies for not having it nor being able to do the work. Ill never go back there .
