They’re one of the only luggage storage services available right now during covid 19, and lots of museums or services that usually provide cost check are closed, so I’m very happy I found out about this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I delivered a document to the pickup location and I was planning it to pick it up on a Friday (which I had a flight at night). That Friday was Easter and as expected all the locations were closed. I was able to reach to a CS Agent (Astrid) from another location (Liberty Village). She went above and beyond by contacting her supervisor and seeking for the contacts of the personal on the Rexall location. Finally, Nuzhat who works at the Rexall location came and was able to deliver the package (after proper validation).
In short, I was able to take my flight thanks to Astrid and Nuzhat! They saved my day!
