★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was closed and locked at 4:30 on a Monday despite hours on the shop listing them as open. Were rude and unhelpful when called to confirm their hours posted were correct and when I came in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great location and I must say these people providing false statements that the staff doesn't wear masks is a complete lie. I am there almost everyday for my business and every time I go there they are fully masked. For those purposefully giving a low rating you should be ashamed of yourselves. If I could provide ten stars I would. Also, why blame if you didn't receive your package at the store you should call UPS customer service to complain not store staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused to provide receipt for packages being sent, all other locations have always scanned and provided. Specifically went to the location VS access point so could obtain a receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This UPS pick-up point refused to give me my package even with proof of address and business name. Additionally, the women that worked there named Pam R. (She probably lied about her name) was extremely rude and condescending. I believe she was discriminating me because the treatment she gave me in comparisons to other folks who were in the store was very apparent. I will be making a formal complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly awful everytime i get a package delivered with UPS i just know i’ll have to go find it at whatever pick up location. they never buzz me, and i try to request redelivery and it’ll be pending for days- they won’t tell me if it’s at the pick up or not when I call. It’s such a waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly don't know why they are not sticking to making copies if they are not going to be accepting UPS packages. Like who is forcing them to say the work with UPS if that's not something they will commit to do.
Took a 65 inches tv that I needed to return to Amazon since it was flawed and the manager in very disrespectful way refuse to accept the package arguing lack of space (they did have space BTW).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS didn't even attempt to deliver. Instead they sent it here and it wasn't ready until basically closing hours. Came to this location the next day because it said it was open, but I was met with a sign on the door saying they're closed for maintenance or something. Couldn't find this notice online or anything, and it certainly isn't integrated with the shipment tracking page. All I saw is that it was supposed to be open today, but they're not.
Thanks for wasting my time!
