He only needed 6 weeks to get the basement done. That includes the consultation, planning out, 3D modelling, design and install. Super hard working guy and great, friendly team! Love you guys!

The playroom was done very well, a couple issues with the kitchen that they fixed right away after I pointed them out and a great living room with a massive TV screen. It all took only 4 weeks!

They were able to work around my busy schedule and come when I was available. They managed to finish the basement in 4 weeks. Now we have a game room, movie theatre and living room. Looks great!

The 3D virtual tours are also great for knowing exactly what you're going to get. The basement took 6 weeks to finish and I love the result. Beautiful bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, love it!

We got paired up with Matt as our designer head and he was a huge help with the 3D virtual layouts that helped us visualize how our basement would look without actually having to spend anything. The flooring, lighting and walls all look great. Especially love the custom-designed stone tiles on the stairs!

The project manager was super experienced and was there from the start to advise us on what to do and not to do while also listening to what we had to say. Install crew was very quick and hardworking, and managed to get everything (the kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom) done in a month! Great job guys!

Our basement only took 3 weeks to renovate. That was as agreed upon by the quote. I didn't believe them at first but they proved me wrong. Matt was a great design partner and the site supervisor was perfect at whipping everyone into shape when they were slacking off. Love the new design!

Thankfully, with Penguin basements, I was always in the loop. Thanks to the app they use, I Was always able to get in touch with my project manager 24/7 and he’d always provide me updates every day. The designer, Matt, was also a huge help in making the basement the best it could possibly be. The install team hardly took a break, super diligent and hardworking, they deserve a raise! Now I have a beautiful marble-tiled kitchen, hardwood living room and foam game room for the kids and my karate lessons. Great work!
