★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! I was looking for a lengha in a particular shade of blue. Unfortunately, I couldn't find one that was just right. Disappointed I left to check other stores in the plaza. (Zero success at the other stores either.) On my way back to my car, the owner waived me back into the store. He had created an ensemble just for me. It was truly gorgeous. I never though it was possible to through splashes of different colours together. I was seriously impressed. I tried the outfit on and it fit! Some things were just meant to be. :) The owner went above and beyond to find matching jewelry and accessories for me. I am forever grateful to him and his staff. Before I left, I told him I only came to his store, because of the other positive reviews. Now I can seriously attest that you can't go wrong going to Pehnawa. The staff really do have your best interest at heart. If you're in the neighbourhood looking for something creative and new, I would definitely check them out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced and very rude person. Got similar suit from another shop in same plaza for $40 less. Profit earning is good but be reasonable. No etiquette on customer service..extremely frustrated and unhappy owner. It Shows in his talks and behavior towards customers. Cheap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service and quality! Purchased an outfit and the zipper broke before I even had the opportunity to wear it. I went back to show the owner the next day that it broke. Rather than apologize or try to rectify the situation and either refund the item or repair it, he said "not my problem". When I told him that's not acceptable and he should atleast have it repaired he just said no and refused to do anything. Definitely would not recommend spending your money here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really great shopping experience here! After shopping for an entire weekend without any luck, we stumbled upon this place. The store owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and boasts and impressive collection of trendy ethnic wear at a reasonable price!
I went to Pehnawa with my friend, the sister of the bride. Both of us were able to find gorgeous gowns - exactly what we wanted! Unfortunately he did not have our size in stock. He was able to order the gowns we wanted in our sizes and even allowed for some customizations. He delivered what he promised. I was thoroughly impressed by the selection and customer service! I highly recommend to anyone in the market for new Indian outfits!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend anyone to go this place. I went there after my shift to buy a punjabisuit for karvachauth. My clothes were not looks good and I wore safety shoes as well. He saw me and didn't even care what dress I am looking for?. He was welcoming someone else who looks beautiful and came in a car. Ladies bought $500 stuff. He was very happy bcoz he made a rich customer instead of a student. I waited for 15-20 mins then I left. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place to buy traditional wear for my son. The guys inside was on the phone on speaker, talking to a lady and she was sharing some personal stuff. He didn’t care to welcome or ask if I need any help. I stayed inside for about 10-15 mins and he kept talking on phone, didn’t even care to turn off the speaker. I looked at him few times but no response and I had to leave then.
Somewhere I heard, give business to local stores and less shopping online. Tell me one good reason.
