★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally horrible experience - cops didn’t do anything - I was extorted by a moving company and the cops here were more interested in sitting around and not dealing with anything - the cop literally said “we have a shift change in 15 mins” , “sorry we are really busy” and “call 911 and a someone will come out there”. We called 911 to find that they won’t even call a cop over. Didn’t file a report and literally was eating dinner at the front desk when I came back the second time. Totally useless.
Outside of my experience, I found the staff to be all white, - word of advice, some inclusion might help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get something done, scheduled at 12, i tell them i got a funeral to go to by 1230, no regard for anything I said & I cannot go to the funeral now. No care for what ppl are going through, sounds like a highschool cafe inside very professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experiences I have had in a government owned service, came here for a Criminal Record check and was attended to by a very professional young women named Kristine, very respectful and very kind to say the least. This is how Customer Service should be delivered. Sharon the supervisor is also very helpful and kind. My request was complete in less than 10 minutes. Best time to come is when they open at 8:30 am. I wish these individuals the very best. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with 2 officers from the 22 Division. Constable David Bersh and Constable Omar Dixone handle my issue with the outmost respect and professionalism. It related to an execution of a Court Order and the situation was very unique.
They showed all the skills to keep the situation calm, under controll and without escalation.
They truly served the community without any display of power(in a negative sense).
Thanks officers!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ google doesn't allow me to give anything less than 1 star else i'd have given that to the service you provide. i've been calling for last 1 hour to report an incident where this guy threatened me but you don't take it seriously. it looks like you don't want to stop the crime. i'm surprised we pay taxes for this service. feel sad and unsafe to live in a city where police is just to drive their cars around offering no help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a report for lost passport on Dec 22 and am still waiting on the copy of my police report. I have been calling the records almost everyday for an update. It has been so frustrating and upsetting experience so far. I was supposed to go back home because my father had an accident. I have no clue why is it taking them over 1 month and two weeks to provide copy of the report. I feel so helpless.
