S	Swetha Mallikarjunaiah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ online appointment, walkins, adult and kids all get in same queue(slow moving) waiting for an hour outside in cold after booking a appointment is sick. Vaccine and Covid testing line is confusing, please check the line before u join the queue. Actually we were in Covid testing driving lane for 15mins instead of vaccine.
I	Irina Vinogradova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse was a bully, Called out of blue from random number, was talking and screaming over me trying to talk to her. I have been attacked at my home and do not answer random calls but she demanded my private information, threatened me with charges, did not explain reason of her call.it has been horrible experience. Next day after receiving proper request for collecting information I called twice, has been waiting for that person to return call- never happened. Being sick I was supposed to wait for her to call me back instead of turning my phone off and resting. Why representatives of Canadian government are bullies threatening citizens with charges? What happened to freedom in Canada? Ruthless people are not supposed to represent our government!

n	nat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great vaccine experience, wasn't busy at all. Staff all very nice. Had to ask about washrooms, as they were behind doors labeled staff only. Bathrooms were clean. Was quick and easy. Google maps has location wrong though when you go to street view. It's south, not north, on the other side of Derry than were it shows.
A	Agnes H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Very disorganized COVID 19 Vaccine Clinic. People who book vaccine appointments online get in the same line with walk ins. As a result your appointment is not on time and you wait a long time. It took us an hour to get the shot. The worst part of this experience was that one of the nurses who administers the vaccine tells the patients that there is little evidence right now of the efficacy of the booster shots and asked for a verbal consent whether you still wanted to receive it despite that. Please educate the nurses at your location and revamp this clinic to make it more efficient. You would think that Peel Public Health Clinic would be an example on how to run the clinic but they should learn from the Paramount Fine Food Centre location. My family had first two doses of Covid 19 vaccine and the Paramount Centre and it was an excellent experience. The clinic was run very efficiently.

I was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff and nurses were fantastic and they moved everyone through in a very efficient manner. Well Done! Thank you for helping all of us stay healthy. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

They helped me with relevant instructions and also informed my eligibility for a booster. The pharmacist administered the shot so well, I didn't even felt it pierce me. Overall my experience was wonderful and I was happy that I visited this center.
A	Amber Hasan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swift process, walked in for second dose. Took total 15 minutes on a weeknight around 6pm. It was busy and I was told they had been accepting walk ins for booster too but it got crowded and people started acting up so boosters are by appointment now only. Not sure if that has changed or will. But definitely I have actually waited an hour in line at other places so 5 stars for this!
