★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a spectacularly sunny ride down the trail to Kal Beach and back. We loved our bikes and were amazed at how easy it was to ride them. My wife loved her seafoam green cruiser and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly she mastered the bike.
We are appreciative of the great service and friendly staff and we will go back again later this month for our next ride along the lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the bikes for a test ride as we don't know much about ebikes. We absolutely loved riding the bike. Definitely want one now! The staff were wonderful. We weren't pressured to purchase, and she took her time explaining and demonstrating instructions. It was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found the staff very helpful and really friendly. We had not used an electric bike before, the introduction on how to ride one was easy to understand.
The bikes are in excellent condition the saddlebags were very useful, took not only our packed lunch and extra clothing but camera and binos.
The location is excellent for the trail ride, the electric bike was a good idea as we got to see so much more and still got some exercise. I would definitely recommend hiring an electric bike from Pedego.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful experience. The team at Pedego Oyama was so friendly. Pickup was easy. They taught us how to operate the bikes for our ride, and had helmets, locks and saddle bags for us to use. We hopped right on the rail trail across the street and road to Vernon and back in three hours with a stop for lunch. We had smiles on our faces the whole way. It was SO much fun. I will definitely be back (maybe to buy?!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderfully warm welcome when we arrived at Pedego bikes site. Two ladies and one gentleman set us up and chatted about the rail trail. The bikes were in very good order and adjusted to my height. We were given instruction on the proper usage and directed to the trail. This was great fun and these bikes take the hard work out of pedalling. Seeing the birds and wildlife close up in beautiful scenery just made our trip. Thank you to all of the staff at Pedego bikes who welcomed us back and were keen to know how we had got on. A great experience and I definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented e-bikes from Pedego in Oyama. Sheila, Murray and their staff were awesome. This was our first time so we were given very clear instructions on how to use the bike. We went on the rail trail which was great as only bikes and walkers. We loved the e-bikes it made an easy ride. We rented for 3 hours which was long enough for our first time. We had a blast and will go again. Thank you ?♀️?♂️?
