★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peavy Mart is a pretty good hardware store. They have a big range in selection for the products that they sell. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The layout of the store is easy to navigate but I feel like the aisle signs could be a bit more visible so you can see what the aisle has in it. The Peavy Mart website could also use more frequent updating of the products that they sell and the products they have available in stock.

Home canning, BBQing, pet supplies and of course all kinds of farm supplies.
They won't necessarily be the cheapest but they have a wide range of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been at the Saskatoon store probably once a week for the last 4 or 5 weeks. The items I wanted( sale items) were usually stocked.The issue I’ve experienced every time and twice from my orders is as follows:
I present myself at customer service and while I’m waiting in line or I need a pre ordered item that I’ve ordered myself goes like this: Ro@&* to help customer or Ro@&* to the front or Ro#$& to load out. So now we’re waiting for this dude who invariably doesn’t show up. Then customer service and cashiers begin the following conversation which everyone can hear. “ Where’s Ro#$&? Is he on break? Is he unloading a truck out back? Is he , where is he, has anyone seen him? Absolutely every time this is the scenario, meanwhile the line up continues, the customers are getting frustrated and Ro#$& never appears. What gives with this total unprofessional pattern. I take it this dude is stretched too thin and can’t be everywhere so , CAN YOU PLEASE DO BETTER! I like shopping there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Items I need, and which are advertised in their flyers, are more often than not unavailable. I called today before heading over there and was told that there were 14 of the item I needed in stock. Got there and they were no where to be found!! Two separate staff went looking in the back warehouse, both to come tell me there weren't any. So frustrating. I don't want to have to keep calling, driving there, only to find that they actually don't have any at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: During Covid and this place is now a joke. Only one till open, a line up all the way into the main hall, about six staff standing around the customer service desk talking and chatting and no way for customers to get out other than to go by the tills and push up against everybody on your way out. I almost wonder if this is also a fire issue as they seem more concerned about not letting anybody out and having to go through their tail system and through their crazy last minute buy product marketing I’ll before you get to the checkout.

Nice place with some great products. Always has something new and the shelves are always stocked.
Mostly rural equipment, I definitely prefer shopping here than at Early’s. Better services and prices. I stop by here and am always surprised and happy. They have a wide variety of products and prices are average. Service seems okay, never had an issue ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service isn't what it use to be can never find anyone unless your looking at customer service where all the employees seem to hang out. They never seem to carry what your looking for when they do it's hit and miss. When you ask an employee they get snarky with you. It's like who do you think you are if you can't answer a question call the manager or assistant for help not very impressed.
