★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero phone service...it just kept going to the answering machine. In person was hardly any better. The younger guy seemed eager to help, but Tim seemed like he was only trying to get rid of a customer, not hearing or answering questions abput his product and insisting that what he had available wouldn't work because he didn't take the time to listen. Typical service from these guys from my years in the sales industry. I was hoping things had changed, but their service is almost non-existent. I found what I needed elsewhere from people that were helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to order a part that says multiples of 6 on the website and that is all i needed, was going to spend the $120 for this. The person said it comes in multiples of 53 and i said the website says 6. He said "yeah its 53 so your order would be $1060" i told him to check the website and he did and said "yeah it shows 6....but it looks like you need to order 53" literally made no sense. So i went to a competitor and ordered the 6. Weird how they can order 6????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees of this company have no people skills, no listening skills, they there not interested in customer service what so ever, its like they would rather be some where else other than at work. I definitely will not go back in that store. nor recommend them to anyone.
