★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am truly sorry, but have to give a big fat "0" to this business. Cannot even give them a "0" rating, have to give 1 star. Pretty lame. Phone system is automated and gives you no option to talk to an operator. They have nothing on the site or via message what their hours of business are. The phone message says they will call the next time they are open. Makes you wonder if they are ever open. I would not recommend this business. Fine someplace else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hosting by the staff; I sat my CISSP and they even used Type3 authentication...very professional and efficient. There were 2 numbers on the page at ground floor - main line and cell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renovated plot that accommodates multiple exam sessions, facilitators were pleasant, friendly, approachable, and helpful. Located on the 5th floor of the multi-business complex, it features a main lobby and a walled-off exam taking center. Lockers were provided, and hand sanitizer stations and a water dispenser was also present. For exams, noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs are provided. Personally, there was constant music playing from the floor above but was suppressed by the headphones provided. Clean facility, face masks mandatory despite provincial legislation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a confirmed booking for my FE Exam here at Nov 12, 2021. But the Pearson Vue wasn't open, I waited from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM and I've contacted the phone number given at the door but unfortunately there's no one accomodating me. Such as worse experience, I've wasted my time and effort. And in the website, it says that I am No Show during the exam.
