Incredibly good food. We've been here for 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners and didn't even think about going somewhere else. Pizza and lasagne are great. Also the service is very good from the friendly staff. Absolutely a recommendation from us. Oh and don't let the looks fool you. It looks like an old American Diner, but for the rest everything is great.

Worst breakfast I've had in my life. $15 for 2 eggs, 2 pieces of cold bacon, and 4 quarters of cold, stale, rye bread. Not sure where all the good reviews have came from. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

My friends and I came here for a late lunch after a long day of hiking. The menu had a good variety and had some original options. The food was absolutely delicious! It was quite the gem in this little town. The service was good, but not great is my only negative comment. I will definitely return my next trip to Waterton!

Great place to get you ready to hike that trail. We had a lovely breakfast wrap before attempting one of the local trails. Good service and great food. You can also revel in the hiker atmosphere and take part in one of the board challenges. The most common is the triple crown which requires reasonable fitness levels and commitment to 3 of the decent hikes in the park.

Pearl’s CafΓ© wouldn’t be on my list of repeats. I called ahead to inquire about the β€˜Hikers Lunch’ and the kid who answered the phone provided little info. I asked if they served gluten free stuff and he told me they did. When ordering in person the choices were their regular lunch wraps, which all have perishable ingredients like mayo and chicken. Not ideal for hike food, but I ordered anyway. I asked for two of the same sandwiches, one specifically without gluten and without cheese. They gave me both sandwiches exactly the same, with cheese and gluten. These sandwiches came with apple juice and a regular chocolate chip cookie. It’s like a meal at Subway, but twice the price. The taco joint across the street is healthier and actually accommodates gluten-free. Hope this saves you $17.

Oh My! What a gem of a place in Waterton. We were greeted by a lively server who later shared that she was new to the area and had recently made the moved from Ontario. We were thrilled to hear of her new adventure and wish her all the best! She was so welcoming and hospitable and her comrades were friendly as well. You know when you go to a friend's house and you instantly feel at home and welcomed... well that was our experience. Despite covid and restrictions, we felt at ease. All three of us ordered delicious breakfasts that were made of quality ingredients and felt like the chef really put their heart into making it for us. The french toast breakfasts were incredibly delicious and hearty. We are all women who are seasoned cooks and will critique a dish instantly. But every thing on our plates was well balanced, portions were just right, (and we can eat!) and the recipes are ones to try to imitate for our family and friends. Thank you again to our delightful server and chef for adding a memorable meal and positive experience to our adventurous vacation.

Woah! Wicked surprise! Our hotel recommended Pearl's. I ordered the blueberry French toast Gluten free (I'm celiac)! So good! Not too sweet and very fresh sides! Healthy size. Thanks guys.

Our breakfast was great. A bit pricey but then one must consider that you are eating a meal in a small resort village in the middle of a Mountain National Park, one of the more expensive locations in this province to find a meal. As it happens both of our meals were the same price... $14.95 each for the food and $2.95 each for the coffee. Each meal was $17.90 plus GST. In fairness to Pearl's Pantry, even though the food may not have seemed like much quantity- wise to see it on the plate it was exceedingly filling. My travel companion and myself both just barely made it through our breakfast orders. The quantity was absolutely sufficient for the price in this type of tourist spot but the quality was excellent. My companion had the blueberry waffle and I had the blueberry cream cheese stuffed French toast. Both items were absolutely delicious and very deceptively filling. Blueberry compote, lots of whipped cream, and mine included blueberry cream cheese; both set off with a little fruit cup... magnificent. And at the end of it all we weren't even charged for our coffee. Not sure why this happened but it made an already great breakfast a very good deal. Our waitress was very friendly and we chatted some, nice that she had the time to share a few words. This place is five stars in my book and I will be back here.
