I remembered girl named Neha she helped me alot overall customer service is soo good I really want to go there back.

It was one thing that he was unable to come close to even matching a competitors price on the exact same sofa..but the way in which he conveyed that to me was utterly unacceptable. Interrupted me several times...raised voice and was overall rude and aggressive. He also accused me of lying about the competitors price. The only reason I asked Pearl's to try and give me a better deal was because they had it in stock and the competition would have taken 4 weeks. Definately a case of a bad ego. Even if he beat the price...I would not have dealt with this person. Total LOSER !!!

Received furniture in instalments and it’s been more than 4 months now and staff is still unsure about the arrival of sofa and love seat. They don’t believe in customer service. ? if you are planning to buy something. I advice you to stay away.

And took it BACK to the store. - Had to pay for delivery TWICE so they could bring it back. - Was only informed that all sales are final AFTER I had already paid. - I was sold the floor model without my knowledge. - Salesman wouldn’t return any of my calls after non delivery. - Was called a liar and yelled at by the salesman after I told him the couch wasn’t delivered. If I could rate this establishment lower I would. Do yourself a complete favour and DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I've bought queen bed with storage. I had a limited timeline to drop my new place but Rajinder, the store owner, made the shipment possible in no time. His calm demeanor and graceful attitude made the whole lot of difference to the customer experience. I am pretty sure I will return back to the store for remainder of the items before I seek other places. Kudos to the marvellous team!

I would like to take a moment to give special recognition to Prachi at the Newton store as she went above and beyond with her customer service and getting me a new delivery time after my move was a disaster and I needed to reschedule. I would also like to mention that their delivery team was also pretty fantastic they worked very well together and very efficiently to get my pieces built! I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely shop with them again
