We were searching for a new sectional sofa and had been to many of the local stores in the Surrey and Coquitlam area and by far her customer service stood out as the best! She followed up on delivery, was available for all questions and really worked with us to removing any tensions with a large purchase. Josie looked after us throughout all our purchases, she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, we did not feel any pressure to purchase, she was there to help, which was lovely, a delight to deal with. All items where delivered as instructed, great delivery team, super quick and tidy. We are very impressed with the quality of MJM Furniture and would highly recommend them.

After visiting 10+ furniture stores, I ended up choosing 2 pieces of sofa from here because their furniture has great quality and they offered competitive price. Amrish is very friendly and helpful. He made the entire shopping experience very pleasant and smooth. Will definitely come back again if I need anything else.

We are very happy with our experience due to Josie’s help. She went above and beyond by being very patient, thoughtful and helpful in her approach. Even when we got the measurements wrong, she was kind enough to help us pick a different option for our couch. We are very happy to get a customized couch at an affordable price. I would recommend Josie to everyone! You wouldn’t regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to MJM because I had purchased my previous couch and chair from them 16 years ago. Even though those pieces are still in really good condition, I needed an update. Josie was great, helpful but not overbearing, exactly what I want in a salesperson. I bought a sectional, couch and two chairs, she gave me a great deal. Highly recommend checking them out. Cannot wait to get my furniture.

She allowed us to wander on our own but always close enough if we had any questions. We were happy with the selection MJM offered while we looked for a love seat and chair, styles, material & colour. But I will say that Josie definitely closed the sale for us. Thank you ?
