Furniture Land & Mattresses

This was our second visit to Furniture Land, and we are delighted that we picked them over other stores. A big thanks to Sam for the quality products and offering us a good deal that fits within our budget, and TJ for helping us with the purchase. TJ was very polite, patient and gave his expert advice to select the furniture of our choice and explained all the different quirks. I will highly recommend this store to others as they have a wide range of options and will return next time when we need another piece.

Me and my husband were really impressed the way she guided and helped us to get our new sofa with suitable price & quality. Lots and nice furniture to choose from! Karan was so helpful and patient, providing us with valuable information and gave us a variety of options based on what we wanted and our budget. He was very professional and helpful. Will definitely be back for sure!!

I had a very positive experience with the Delivery guys and the Sales Rep. Ranjan and Raman were very informative and helpful. They took extra care and paid special attention to the dining table they delivered and handled it with delicately and installed everything without rushing. They were courteous and called in the morning to set up a good time for me to be at home for the delivery. Great guys! I also had an awesome experience with the sales rep Aman at the store who was very helpful and good at his job. He gave us a great deal and we actually went in to buy a sofa chair and ended up with a beautiful dining table. Greeted us at the door and took care of us from beginning to end. Great store!

My experience was wonderful. Assa Singh the sales associate was so friendly and warm with me and my family. He helped us pick a great couch that fits our family rooms and family needs. He gave us great options and did everything to help us out.

We had a great experience at Furniture Land! The costumer service was great and we received a lot of help when looking for furniture in our new home. The prices are great and we loved all the furniture recommended for us. I will recommend shopping at furniture land to all my friends and families!

I will never shop at furniture land again. My husband and I purchased a couch from furniture land in October and were told it would arrive in 8-10 weeks. It took 13, but in order to get any updates on the couch I always had to follow up with the store, even to schedule the couches delivery. However, the couch was delivered in January and after damaging our walls bring in parts of it, it was discovered our three piece sectional was built wrong. So they took the couch away and put in a “rush order”. I was first told it would take 2 weeks max, which then turned into 3, then 4, then eventually 8 when the remade couch was finally delivered. Again, any updates required myself to contact the store. After going into the store to speak with the owner we received an apology. Delivery day comes and to our surprise, they made the couch wrong again (instead of a 3 piece sectional they made a 2 piece which stood no chance of fitting into our house). We were offered minimal compensation if we agreed to take the couch that was made incorrectly or we could wait another 4-6 weeks to have a third couch made. We asked them to make the third couch. This time we had one follow up call at 4 weeks and then we’re required to contact the store for any further updates. Finally, after 8 weeks our couch was finally delivered in May… I am happy to say the couch we received is exactly what we originally ordered and we are very happy with it. I strongly advise against purchasing any furniture from furniture land!

There were some issues with our order but Sam sorted things out for us and gave us a better deal, we appreciate that he listened to us and validated us as customers. I really have to commend the delivery guys, Raman and Ranjan, they came right on time and were super careful and diligent, our new sofa looks great, and they didn't take very long to put it in place!
