I had to wait two weeks to get my glasses, which is fine but I received a call a day or so before my appointment that one pair had a quality issue and had to be sent back. I went to pick up the one pair that was made properly and was told that it shouldn’t be long for the second pair. Well a week has already gone by and they are still not in. So basically, no rush is put on the re-order and I have to wait another two weeks. These glasses are the ones I need for work. When the mistake was made, a priority rush should have been put on them and not put back in the regular order pile. Not a happy customer.

The adjustment was so minor that Stephanie was skeptical that it would make a difference, however, was willing to try. I got my new lenses a couple weeks later and the adjustment did the trick. Stephanie followed up after a week to see how things were and was very happy to hear that the adjustment was successful. Thank You Stephanie. Thank You Pearle Vision Cobourg. Great customer service.
