I felt "listened to" during my exam, things were explained to me about my eyes that I never knew before. Payment processing, measuring my eyes/glasses and testing out/trying on glasses was actually fun! I came here because of work but I'll keep coming here because of the team! A+++ Service!

The girls were right on it helping try to find the right pair of glasses. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old who also needed glasses. They were super awesome with the kids and my husband. We walked out with four pairs of glasses that we were so happy with. The Dr was super amazing with the children and so helpful in explaining everything to us. I cant wait to go back and get my next pair. Thank you so much guys for your level of care. You are all amazing.

My son has worn glasses full time since he was 2 years old and my daughter since she was 9. Always a pleasure going to this office. The ladies are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great family office.

I called Melinda and explained the situation and she couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. And to someone who wasn't even a regular client! They reached out to my regular optician and had everything ready for me so quickly. I can't say enough about the care and compassion they had for essentially a complete stranger in a bind. Thank you so so much and if I ever move to Cobourg, I would never go to any other store. Best team around!!!

Made a sometimes tedious process (trying on multiple eyewear types) enjoyable. Great feedback on styles, which was greatly appreciated. It's true not every style suits a person, therefore, it's not just about the sale. Will be back for sure.

The ladies were amazing and very supportive. They were able to round up a few pair of temporary frames for him to try on and fit his old lenses into the new temporary frames. The ladies went above and beyond and we walked out the door within an hour with temporary frames with the old lenses put in and even ordered a new set of glasses and sunglasses. You have left an ever lasting impression on how compassionate you all are. Thank you for everything! Can’t wait to get my family in so we can all get new glasses!
