I was matched well with my experience, interests and what the job market offered. The materials provided by resolution staffing to prepare me for the job were well explained. The staff were always helpful and provided guidance and clarification both before and after accepting the offer. I'm well satisfied with the service and very much recommend resolution staffing!

I was quite surprised as Barbara truly cares about her business and her staff. Questions or concerns are responded to almost immediately and her customer service is impeccable. An employer such as Resolution Staffing Inc are very few and far between these days when it seems that the bottom line is the only concern. It is clear having such a positive experience, that staff certainly are the priority. So refreshing to be part of such an organization where people matter. Barb contacted me quickly and kept in touch often to touch base with me about the status of my application and dates for interviews. I have never received service like this from any job agency. It was unprofessional and I am very sad to know that I had such a poor experience with them after reading all of these wonderful reviews. I received a call from a Resolution Staffing recruiter last week for a job I had applied, we went through the pre-screening process and set up a zoom interview for early this week. I arrived to the zoom meeting early and waited for them to start the meeting. Fifteen minutes after my interview was supposed there was still no one joining the meeting so I sent an email to the recruiter just to make sure that there was no issue with the zoom call/make sure the interview was still one. After 20 more minutes passed I received a response email that said they to had been waiting in the meeting room and there must be an issue. There was no other option given to me in this email in order to make sure the interview happened. I then sent a response to them asking for another option or if they needed to reschedule as I wanted to go through with this interview - about 25 minutes later I received a response asking to reschedule for later that day. I followed up and said I was available and have not received a single response from them since. It was a very unprofessional experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future based on this.
