★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding customer service! I went in to ask about the cost of replacing a lens that our puppy had chewed; to my surprise Superstore has 2 year warranty that covers complete replacement of lenses and frame at no charge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the worst experience i have ever had. I got my glasses in November I have had them adjusted 5 times, or more at 3 of the superstores. THE ONE on gateway rd is the worst place i have ever been too , I CAN NOT SEE WITH THEM. she told me I should go back to the optometrist I don't think so. So I guess. I'M out 476.50 dollars THANK YOU VERY MUCH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed that I never got a call when my son's glasses were ready to be picked up but to have them lie when I called to check is ridiculous. Why lie when I can clearly check my call history on my cell phone and see you didn't call at all?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my glasses I got and for a good price but don’t really appreciate the fact I never got a call when they were ready to be picked up. This is also not the first time I have heard of this happening to someone buying glasses from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased worth $500 of eyeglass and the lady at optical didn't told me that I am eligible for their promo. When I about to get my glasses a month and a half after. I saw their promo and ask them if I can still avail. They said I should claimed it the time when I ordered the glasses. Sad cause they didn't inform me before.

Booked an appt (as per COVID rules), had the store to myself while I picked out my styles, & I found 2 pairs for the $199 deal they had on (plus I got the bonus 40k pts). They said they would be in about 7-14 days (10 business days), 7 days later I received a call notifying me they were in. Booked an appt to pick them up 2 days later. All in all spent about 45 mins of my time between picking out frames, placing the order & picking them up. Really can't say anything other than great service!
