No one ever likes to need Oxygen but if you do, then Peak Oxygen makes the whole process easy. The staff at Peak, both the people in the office and those out delivering equipment and doing assessments, have been helpful, competent, very professional and, most importantly, always understanding, kind and personable. Peak Oxygen uses modern, quality, well-maintained equipment and have always been so helpful to give me equipment for a specific occasion. I was going away for a weekend and without hesitation, they brought a different piece of equipment that would make the travel easy. One time I simply needed extra tubing and they went out of their way to deliver it. They make sure you have whatever you need to be as comfortable as possible and I feel like they have my best interests at heart. The people at Peak Oxygen are a pleasure to work with.Nora D.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very unhappy and very disappointed for the poor service, I placed an order for my dad for Oxygen cylinder more than a week ago, till date I have not receive it ...unreliable company .. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted at the attitudes and service received from Joy who answers the phone .. How can a company be so cruel and let old people sit and worry 24/ There is nothing good about this company other than their complete lack of integrity and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Peak oxygen cause something was wrong with my equipment.
I asked to send someone to take a look at it. The person who answered the phone was rude and incompetent I had to repeat the same story again and again cause she was just NOT listening . She proposed and absolutely useless solution ..and told me we are not in the area till next week!!! She was ignoring my requests to speak with someone else ..very bad customer service
