I have found them to be kind, patient, willing to work with me and very accommodating. They don't use computers so physically check their stock by sight. Be patient while they check and get back to you. You also need to know what you need/how to size yourself for equipment because they do not seem to have this knowledge, e.g., they gave me the wrong size walker which led to other problems. Be sure to check that the rental equipment is in good working order before you leave the store. We had to return a walker that was on its last legs with bolts that weren't secure. They replaced it with a new one right away. If you know what you need they will do their utmost to get it for you and get it right, although it may take a few trips to the store to sort it out.

The owners were very knowledgeable, helped me with massage therapy supplies for my little clinic. They have affordable prices and quality products. I am happy to support this local business!!

What started out as an (awkwardly over-)friendly visit ended exceptionally poorly. I mentioned that we had purchased 2 other products recently that were not good from other stores and that we shop for and buy from the suppliers who have the best pricing. He replied "oh you just shop from whoever sells it the cheapest. No loyalty. Wow. That's not the type of customer I want." If we were not desperate for supplies I would have left immediately. A note to the owner: it takes more than low prices to build loyalty. Your treatment of me is noted and any chance of developing even occasional business from us is blown. We have purchased several things from you in the past but we are a new business in our first year of operation, watching our spending. Good luck with your other "loyal" customers. I can understand higher prices (who can compete with Costco) but your attitude and treatment of customers is the real issue.

Worst service over the phone honestly. I’ve rarely dealt with that kind of seller / owner over the phone and I’m in retail myself. He obviously didn’t understand nothing from customer service basics. And judging by the phone number, making assumptions that I’m locating in another province. Why would I call you in Calgary then? I really wish the call would last more than 15 seconds, he was hopefully very very busy in his store. I wouldn’t even bother calling back and going there. He should be informed, he’s running a business, isn’t it that hard to answer if you carry a specific model and product in stock. Why would I come all the way to see your 1 million products if I’m only looking for that specific one. Definitely the last place where I want to do business with! No wonder. And also, don’t ask yourself why people rather buy online these days. Apparently not only because of the price but more precisely because there’s no time to waste with a person like you.
