Online service: Ammar responded to my chat questions very promptly.
In store: great customer service. Ammar and staff were very receptive and helpful. Ammar knew exactly how to handle my request. He was respectful of my time; he didn’t hesitate to call and be on hold with two places simultaneously to see who could respond and provide service support sooner. While waiting, we had a pleasant conversation. (He was also multi-tasking to respond to other clients and calls at the same time!) The space was in order, well kept. They were respecting and implementing COVID-19 precautions: staff were wearing masks, the space had clear markings for social distancing, and they had hand sanitizer available. Added touch: they have added weekend hours of service to accommodate client needs at this time of year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at this store. My mother and I ended up coming into the store late on a weekday, right around when they were set to close (our mistake). However, Samatha graciously stayed after closing time with us, and helped both of us upgrade our iPhone 6 models to the iPhone 8 models. Made the process super quick and painless, one of the smoothest experiences we’ve ever had at a cellular dealership. Truly appreciated Samantha’s patience and humour!

They suggest devices but also take in to account the customers needs, wants and any other factors when selling a phone to a client. I would definitely recommend this store and the wonderful staff at this location.

The staff is incredibly professional, friendly and they are experts at their jobs. Every detail was concise and clear. BEST PLACE EVER!
