After we came down from the hill, a guy in a broken black t-shirt and jeans was putting a towing rack under our car, we went up to stop it and asked why. The guy immediately asked us to pay him $115.50 for towing fee without any explanation, so I asked for a ticket, he refused; the I asked for his name, get refused as well with big anger, and he started to make a phone call for $115.50 charge. Then my husband asked him to show his towing license, he started to yell at us, “Your husband touched my equipment, $250!”, I looked at my husband, he’s beside me and shrugged, obviously we don’t know where this guy’s rage is from. Then he locked himself in the driver seat, keep calling the phone for $250 charge to my credit card, after that, came out and threw an invoice at me, I saw the $115.50 for towing has been crossed out and replaced with a $250 for mileage instead, I asked for his explanation, he stared at me and yelling: get away from me! I was 2 meters away from him. I said please give my credit card back! He kept yelling, Far away from me! And throw my credit card back. I am ok to pay for the first fine, just don’t understand why this guy was working with such a rage and unprofessional attitude, and who can explain to me where this $250 charge is from?
S	Sarah Accardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispatch was horribly rude and dismissive. Refused to give us instructions or accurate time on when to pick up our vehicle. We were told it was an hour before we could pick up from the lot. Ended up waiting over 2 with her saying it wasn't her problem that we were waiting and refusing to give us an estimate on when there would be someone to let us get our vehicle. Driver who did end up coming stated that it was a waste of his time and there were multiple other cars nearby that could've released from the lot.
J	James Robson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it was my first time using Payless Towing, was a little worried at first after reading some of the reviews, BUT, I needed a 2011 Corvette delivered to the border on Canada Day, Well, the driver Bobby showed up right on Time 5am (called 5 mins prior) He was extremely polite and got to work right away, took his time and worked very professionally. I felt very secure about his driving knowledge and the care he would take. He arrived on time and impressed my customers. So All I can say is Thank you for a great job done Bobby is the man to ask for guaranteed customer service. cheers James (Whistler Local Resident)

My guest was parked in the correct area with parking permit displayed on dash and was still towed for no reason by this company. The lot does get pretty busy in the summer months, however my guest was parked within the correct parameters outlined by the strata. Payless did not care at all and basically now I need to take this up with my strata to dispute this on behalf of my guest which will take months, if ever to resolve. This is not the first time this has happened either. It is very difficult to talk to anybody helpful and by the time the strata get involved, my guest has long paid Payless to get their car back and have left town. This is clearly a cash grab knowing that this will be the case and they will in most cases, get to keep the money from illegally towing unsuspecting tourists who do not have the resources, time or energy to fight for their money back especially after they return home from their vacation.
E	Emily O'Hare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great timely tow service in the middle of a large snow storm. Kelly, a dispatcher who works there, helped me via email to get my insurance all worked out. They were extremely quick in their responses and very helpful. Thank you Kelly!

Called at 6:30 in the morning to try to get my van to a shop vancouver nice and early. Waited until 8:30 and tried again, the lady was very rude and told me the next available driver would help me. Called back at 10:30 to inquire, same rude, nasty woman. She said 20-30 minutes and that the driver was at a location literally a 2 minute drive away from me. Finally at 11:30 after 5 FREAKING HOURS of waiting for a tow, i called to cancel. If you need a vehicle towed I highly suggest going with another company, extremely rude employees who make you feel like an inconvenience for asking them to do their damn job. Never again. GFY, random lady.
v	vicki martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never use this company again There are other tow companies in Squamish that actually show up when you call them. Payless never did show up to tow my car. Long story short, after we realized Payless was not coming, we called a different tow company and that company was here within 45 minutes.
S	Stephen G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrated, I was in a car crash where I unfortunately had my car completely written off. Such a traumatic experience. My car was towed to a pay less lot. I have been trying to get my valuable belongings from my car including medication that I need. I have called every day for 3 days now. Each time I am told to call back at a later time as Payless Towing are not able to let me onto the lot. Today when I tried again to get the assistance of the Pay Less company the phone agent became extremely rude to the point of aggression. I was told I still could not get to my belongings or my medication. I was told to call back again at a later time. There was no capability to organize a time, give a phone number for them to call me when they are ready. I am instructed to continue to call back at later times and now dates in hopes to find "the perfect time" for someone to let me on the lot. I have no idea if or when I will be able to get to my car. When asked to talk to a manager I was told there was no manager in? If anyone has any help in this matter, I would greatly appreciate it. I am at a loss for what to do here.
