★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with this company. I parked my car and was inside a business nearby for a very short time. My vehicle was in sight at all times.
I noticed a tow truck arrive and pull up near my car. I immediately went outside to speak with the driver to say I would move my car right away.
The driver was aggressive and would not listen at all. He was extremely rude and would not even let me get a word in.
He took my vehicle despite me being present and attempting to move my vehicle.
My vehicle was taken to a lot where I was forced to pay over 300$ to get it back.
Avoid this company at all costs! They are rude and will do anything to get money from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was the most expensive place to get my car towed. Guys at the front was rude. Would not recommend this company . As I read throughout other reviews I see a lot of people agree seems odd the last 6 months have all 5 star reviews but just before everyone has the same opinion as me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our car got stuck in deep snow during the recent warm weather. AMA had way too long of a wait time, so we called to see how long it would be from this company. They told us they actually had a vehicle 2 km away from our location and could come straight there. They were extremely quick and professional, explained the plan to us before doing it, and got the car out really quickly. The price was also amazing. Really appreciate the help and recommend this company! Will use again if we ever find ourselves in another difficult situation!
